Mappillai is a forthcoming movie of Dhanush. This is a remake of the yesteryear blockbuster which starred Superstar Rajinikanth in the lead role. The movie will be directed by Suraaj. In the remake, Rajinikanth's 'mAppillai" Dhanush will step into Rajni's shoes. Hansika Motwani plays the heroine. Music by Manisharma.
