I felt like Simran, when she was younger of course, could have pulled off Kajol's role, incidentally called Simran as well. SRK's role any hero, younger version. Like I think Vijay, Ajith, Maddy all could have pulled off this role had they been a little younger because it required that innocence and charm. Even SRK cannot do the role now.

Maybe someone like Bharath

and new girl Kajal (she looks cute) or Genelia can attempt a DDLJ.
