Best chemistry :rajni and sridevi (johnny)

In my opinion, Kamal and Sridevi had better chemistry (several movies) - but in this particular scene the chemistry between rajni and sridevi was just awesome (thanks to Mahendran) .

worst chemistry: Prabhu and Sangeetha (Seedanam)
Mismatched hero and heroine. VijayKanth and Laila song / VijayKanth and Preethi Vijaykumar song also comes to mind.
