Rajnikanth is nailed-on, I suppose.
That said, I like to watch different kind of villains.

Nazar is great, especially in Kuruthipunal

More attempts and compromises needed to be made in our industry, to make a full movie to explore/show the grey areas ala Udhiri pookal or Sigappu rojakkal. And films with a traditional antagonist made of reprehensibility and deceitfulness, putting(trying to put) on a facade, like Pasupathy in Virumandi.

Sense of humor among Villains is required as well - Nagesh in Aboorva Sagodharargal with remarkable repartee. I struggle to find anything closer to that, take a look at Kalabhavan Mani in Gemini, for crying out loud !
