Brief review on Renigunta.

Movie seems to be a very good one for me. The story evolves around 5 young men and their criminal activities. Dappa aka Premkumar (Theepetti Ganesan) steals the show. Newcomers like Johny and Sanusha done their job very well. Particularly, the mute love between these two gave me the feeling that I am going through the verses of a neat poetry. Neat characterization. But, don't take kids to this movie because of its bloody violence. On the whole, it's way better than many movies of 2009 because of the director's realistic and sensible approach. I am sure that this is one such outstanding film which has its great impact on most of us when we came out of theatre.

Finally it seems that once again we are in the golden age of history of Tamil Cinema since 1970s.
