thanks for the concern...when i relocated from singapore 2004, i invested in real estate & construction( part) anotherpart ( my wife started a play/after care in OMR ) then 3rd part in films...1st film uyir with my brother R.Balaji ( as i told he is Dir Shankar's cobrother & now looking after S pictures )... so i have advisors around..after Uyir , balaji went back to S pictues..i continued with constructions..all were going smooth... My experience with Sami forced me to think on directing ... "pettaRasu" is an experimnet in a HD camera with less than 50 lakhs ( normal celluloid movies will take 2 C to produce excluding artist salary )..thought even for teh experiment i can recoup this 50L ( thru satelite channels, overseas, local exploitation ) & ya..no regrets.. now, learnt howto do the best in HD ( more lighting, location, atmosphere, costumese ) & hence "pacha Pulla" for budger of 1.1 C.. this time not infront of camera as this is not exp but commercial... 3 hits in 3 years...its just a set point & i know its not possible..as you said, let us do this well , if it is really good, it will be received well... thats wat i am trying..in fact, i am going toi share with you all from day 1 of te story line development & freezing...
