There is a scene in Oru Kaithiyin Diary where Kamal is hanging from a ledge. I'm pretty sure that the close up showed Kamal's arms over the building ledge. But the far shot shows Kamal (or the double) clinging on to the ledge by his hands.

A case of oversight....must have filmed the 2 shots on different days.
