I use many of the lines quoted in this thread as well. Some lines that are not already mentioned here:

nallA iru. (G. Umapathi style; at times, Amrish Puri)
paper roast vENum'nA vAngi sAppudu.
paper roast sAptA liver'ukku romba nalladhu. (one might also end up at the other side; life is such)
adhenna mAppu, konjam kUda vekkap padAma pEsitta?
Very humourous girl (or boy)
Yeah... it's me.
(customise) en Sapna buththisAli, avaLa yAralayum EmAththa mudiyAdhu.
(customise) photo'vA? nIyum un rasanaiyum!

There are way too many Kamal lines to list down. Just a few off the top of my head:

nAn... romba artistu sir. (I'm above silly materialistic pursuits)
nEkkoNNum puriyalai!
achchA karuvAdu bhAi. (arbitrary; when one wants to say something is really good)
nilA enna AgasaththulayA irukku. manasula irukku. (mAyA and stuff like that)
En 'nA... train vandhuruchchu. (end of conversation)
Because I am the station master, that's why! (I'm right because I say so)
adhukku dhAn kAla merichchadhu.
aththa medhi! vElaikkAri late'A vandhuttu...
anga oNNu solRa, inga oNNu solRa.

And then, there's Sammandham aNNan. His lines are all about life, the universe, and the human condition, and I use several of them in day-to-day life.
