Dear Mrs.VR,

I have always hoped to be civil all the time

Just that there are times when "somethings" ruin the heart, and the brain becomes a hard boiled egg which i myself cannot swallow...and then the heart starts aching....and it all comes out miserably uncivil....My brain and heart were not designed for caste issues, yet am into it.....please forgive me for the lack of civility...
