Government runs 58 schemes named after eminent people as per the Planning Commission data, Minister of State for Planning Ashwani Kumar said in a written reply to the Lok Sabha.

16 govt schemes named after Rajiv Gandhi

I checked the link above. Assuming that the information is true, I could not find the names of either Rajaji, Kamaraj, Venkatraman or TTK ? Are these people persona non grata?
