I have now watched the clip *cough* several *cough* times and a couple of things to watch a. the hateful looks she is getting from the female official to her left and b. the security during guard during the race, now there is a man enjoying his work

also I was going to say I think she is wearing a sanitary pad, but obviously I wasn't staring, maybe someone from Saudi can help me out
