I think the prize money is too small to attract anybody. And why should they bother whether somebody believes or does not? There has been a Confession booth in Churches where certain amount will be collected (to wash off the sin/s) and receipt given. The idea of Confession is a good thing in Christianity but whether the sin is washable or not is debatable. Faith gives relief and why should anybody question it.
