2. The offending pages must be torn from the books already in circulation. There is a precedence for this as some pages eulogising karunanidhi were removed in 'samachir kalvi' text books.

Comforting thought is, the passages were offensive to tamil hindus; had it been anti christ or anti islam, the whole country would have risen in anger and violence.
