What if the PPP political grouping sponsors Gilani again as PM after an election? Chowdhary will have to rack his brain as to how to handle that situation.

Well Chowdhary will invoke some obscure provision in the past laws to disqualify Gilani for PM by citing a clause which prohibits somebody who was cited for contempt by the court from holding office. It appears the choice is between a frying pan and a fire.

It is ironical that the Supreme court justice who was in domestic exile when Mushafar was in power is now flexing his muscle. it may not be long before another army coup will put all the elected and appointed (supreme court) officials in jail.
