If the pUjari himself is the admin of temple, then you have a problem as pointed out. I suppose those devotees who financially support such temple may be able to influence the puJari in admin matters.

There must be people around who would be able to influence. I helped a pujari He is so grateful. If I ask him to sing "masil viiNayum
maalai mathiyamum". he sings. Special treatment and regard for me. Sometimes I ask him sing in Sanskrit. He does.

The world is not that rigid as we sometimes imagine. There are various ways of doing things.
