History enlarges our vision. So said Jawarlaal Nehru who was himself a fellow of the Royal Historical Society (FRGS). We also know that nothing will be static in the world. Things change, though it takes time. At one time, the law courts in olden day England functioned in Latin only. English was considered unfit as Court language. You see, even the world's today's No. l language had to "suffer", but only to emerge later. Before all Church services were in Latin. Today, you have them not only in English but also in other local languages. At one time, Koran could only be in Arabic. Now you can go to your university or public library and pick a copy of the English version of Koran.
What do all these events prove ?
