ANYone who eats Skittles is a threat to all of humanity. I'm not sure why the fact he was holding skittles is relevant? Do you think someone who recently purchased skittles is not capable of assaulting someone else within an hour of that purchase? Or is it two hours?

Girls are cowards. Let's rape'em! I never worked in criminal law, thank god, but one of my friends was a public defender and I went to one of his trials before getting lunch with him. Basically, a woman's word that she was raped, even in the absence of physical evidence and even months after the alleged rape, was enough to get his client put on trial. It was over by that afternoon, convicted, done deal.

I'm generally in favor of the system but it's far too easy to allege rape and ruin someone's life, largely because of douchebags like you who view burdens of proof as part of the 'war on women' or whatever.
