I remember Rahman's assistant Anand, who scored the music for Vinith movie "Sakthi". Some catchy numbers such as "Achu Vellame" and "Maana Madhurayile Manja Kizhangu Enna Vila"...

Never heard of him after that... Kinda expected to, though!
