Blaaze is a very very....late find by ARR. Apache Indian is the Ist find & he should have sticked more with him after "No problem". AI's No reservation was a big hit those days. No Problem was telecasted in a Hindi News channel on the date of audio release itself. ARR might have felt its too early to use Rap in southindian songs like Blaaze recently. Petta Rap doesnt fall exactly to this genre.

I always admired Rahman for another reason that he never felt timid or Egoistic to borrow the resources from others specialists like NFAK, AI, Kadri, Hariharan, Unni K, Blaaze, SukS, Nithyashree, Richa S, Gulam (2) khans, Kailash Kher etc..for working on diff genres comfortably. We also have heard tonnes of praises from themselves whenever ARR gets allied. It proves his Genius in adaptability & good productivity.

I think Rahman is gifted to have Zakhir Hussain, kunnakudi vaidyanaadhan, IR etc... as his GURU's.

r2r, Poverty theme not yet. Thats why I mentioned Unreleased. TLORS has more Blaaze Vocals in it

Isnt YSR more in to fuse hip-hop in tamil songs after ARR's-Blaaze Rap?.
