I love the assumption that "the right of return is an inaliable human right." Tell that to the Germans.

Also, when you exclude "communal land", the amount of property which the Arabs had in ALL of the Palestinian Mandate was about 17%. About 7% was Jewish. Since communal land is not titled private property, but the extension of a system applied from the soveriegn on down, claiming it to be "Palestinian land," while having a grain of truth in emotive and lay terms, is a legal falsehood.
