The more the people continue to hail Chen Show Mao as their future PM, the more discomfort and fearful Low Thia Khiang continues to feel, and the more he will continue to suppress and stifle Chen’s rising star.

The continued presence of secret squirrels among his Party leadership hierarchy continues to deepen Low’s notorious paranoid suspicion.

Has Low done anything to stop his secret squirrels from copying and leaking the Party secrets? Or is his reshuffle and reappointment of CEC posts a ruthless attempt to purge the secret squirrels out of the Party leadership? Did Low suspect Chen for being one of the secret squirrels?

Perhaps, Low Thia Khiang continues to hold down Chen Show Mao for fear of the latter plotting a party coup against him just as he did against JBJ.

For his rather short stint as WP chief in the past 10 years, there has been a ridiculous number of people being appointed by Low into the party CEC posts as well as an even more ridiculous number of people being ultimately shoved out. Either Low has a very poor judgment of character or he is totally intolerant of capable talents.

Thus, Low Thia Khiang’s motto for political talents is best summed up as follow:
