LTK continues to serve as secretary general of WP and chairman of Aljunied CC. Sylvia has 3 chairman posts (Aljunied CC, WP and town council). Both are MPs as well. What I have been saying is that Chen could share the load. He may be new, but isn't untalented or lack leadership talents if he could be accepted into Davis Polk.

How do you know he does not have a full-time or part-time job where some of these roles would take up too much of his time if he were to do them well? Whatever it is, it does not mean that he is demoted or less influential as what some forummers are implying.
