Is Andrew still getting a monthly "research" stipend from IPS? Because none of my kakis know why one blogger out of a whole bunch was on the receiving end and how long it will continue.

AH will have to answer this question himself. There those that know the answer. I myself do not know him so I'm just a spectator in all of this.
