There's no hard written rule which states they should only bash PAP and not other political parties. So what's the big issue here?
If you are asking me, I would say it's Temasek Time's unusual partisanship that caught my intrigue. Support for someone or something is usually defined and clear, and not relative. Eg I love soccer and think captain's ball is a stupid game. But the reason for liking soccer is not because I hate captain's ball. If soccer was never invented, I would still hate captain's ball and have other choices like basketball, baseball etc. If I do not support the PAP, there is no instance where I will be caught supporting it when I see something worse (eg WP). I would just dislike both.

It is also a known human trait to find the fault if it gives problems. You don't replace your steering wheel when your seat belt gives problem. In this case, for something PAP does, Temasek Times while not blaming PAP for the deed, blames WP for not doing anything about the deed. Then I think if PAP disappears tommorrow, will Temasek's dislike for WP disappear?
