At most, it will boil down to a she-said-I-said; at worst, the court could order the girl's exam papers to be re-assessed by an independent panel of markers to see if indeed they were A-grade papers or mediocre. Still, one could insist that a few other examinees' papers be thrown in just to ensure that there is no bias, conscious or otherwise.
