Why is it that somehow I feel that the Govt seems to be glad that there is a global crisis coming in order to dip into our reserves?

Global crisis like 911 incident is a power political tool used by PAP to remind the mass no to rock the boat and Singapore needs the current captain to continue to stir the ship. It works on the commoner's fear of instability and unknown, using past proven track records as support. We will not be what we are without the same captain, so don't rock the boat...
