The judge has reserved judgement on hougang by election case.
What does that mean?
When will judge normally reserve judgment?

Remember judges are also humans and so they err! But if they do err, they would rather err on the right side of caution.Simply put, it means that if the judge has a conscience, he wants to be very sure before he delivers his judgment i.e. consider all the legal arguments and the facts; pondering, thinking, deliberating & agonising over the case in no particular order! On the other hand, if the judge has no conscience, he would probably have heard enough and is ready to tell the whole world his verdict but still bide his time so that he can justify his decision if challenged.
