The similarity is indeed in the brainwash part. The main difference is, North Korea is so closed to the rest of the world many of her people truly believe in their Great Leader and all the state propaganda. But CHC operates in modern Singapore, information is abundant. and if you look and listen around, you should be able to make discerning decisions and sound judgement.

That so many people are still supporting CHC, Kong Hee, Sun Ho, etc, can mean either two things. One, CHC and Kong Hee are really super duper solid in convincing people. Two, its members are brain-dead.
