NO big deal.......... many directors of library in SIngapore make it a point to go personally to buy AV materials for their libraries be they SMU (?), Sing Poly (???????????), Temasek Poly ?) etc.. although the job belongs to Head of Acquisitions in the respective libraries. Can you imagine the VIP treatment given to these director of ibrary? How about the hamper stream during festive season? Stalk around their homes & you may see those goodies....... every jobs have their perks but these got a lot becos big budget is involved.
