Desmond Choo spent $3.32 per voter, Png Eng Huat spent $3.12 per voter. Moral of the story: money is not everything.

Desmond choo expenses include Free Nasi Lemak and Chartered bus, that is why so expensive but...nobody want to turn up. Effectively speaking it could have cost more per voter if you divide the total expenses by the number of turnout at PAP rally.
