Sensei,

The missus is an avid listener of your show and reckons that you are growing soft. She also curses you because of the song at the end of the show since she continually hums it for a few days after listening to each episode.

I was not my usual manic self on Sunday: too bloody sick.

I have a raging chest infection and I have hardly been able to breathe for a couple of weeks, which has made talking into a microphone something of a problem.
Perhaps I will be back to my psychotic self this weekend.
