It is a map to show the differences in IQ which is hardly going to change in just a few short years unless of course the Greens (Reds) gain the balance of power in the senate and go ahead with their plans to flood Australia with at least 500,000 non-Whites every year.

I'm not say that the differences in IQ have changed in the last 12 years but the GDP per capita has. The economies of the Eastern European countries have boomed in the last decade especially since they have joined the European Union. Plus the Global Financial Crisis has changed the figures a lot. Another thing that has changed is China. The Chinese economy has been growing at about 7% for the last 20 years. So, the Chinese GDP per capita is a lot higher then it was 12 years ago.
