Listen to the upcoming series that I am currently working on regarding the Immigration Restriction Bill and you'll know what I mean. The simple fact is that the IRB had to be watered down before it was signed off by royal decree. What most members of parliament wanted at the time was zero non-White immigration forever but they were forced to use a dictation test based on the Natal test because of British insistence. I will go into detail in the second episode of the series.
