I don't know as it isn't my idea. Even if it was only till the youngest child turned 16 it would be an interesting idea. It needs work though as changing a persons tax grade isn't easy when proof is involved (i.e. proving to the government that you actually have children).

Yes i know it was not your idea, i was just trying to flesh it out in my own mind. Shows how complex a simple idea can be.
