Some Guru want his follow work very hard before they enlightenment.

A) His follow had no time to think too much on greedy, hate and delusion. Working from 4am until 12 mid night. Less sleep. Only Lunch time they had meditation training. They had concentrate on their work by looking on one point.

B) Some want his follow to chant and pray Buddha by day and night. They promise them a promise land with many good story. They will concentrate pray and looking at Buddha by looking on one point.
