it is like 10 commandments;
#1 - worship me
#2 - worship me as well
#3 - kill those that dont worship me
#4 - stone those that fail to worship me..
#5 - kill...
#6 - stone....
#7 - exercise and eat well.
#8 - kill..
#9 - punish...
#10 - kill....

see? there is good in the 10 commandment i listed above, #7 says "exercise and eat well"... so the scripture is good and true.
