To be honest, if there is any use of the ISA today, it is to arrest this type of CONMAN AND CONWHORE!

Who dares to arrest him? He has the power to only wave his hand and anyone can fall on the floor writhing away. Ask anyone who attends CHC and they will tell you how they have witnessed this happening... infact, rows and rows of them falling over. The man has great powers!
