lets say if the 30,000 fanatics say that they gave their consent for their money to be used to maintain the Yeow Kwai's lavish lifestyle, what then? still guilty or not?

when a prosecutor charges the offender, he/she has to provide evidence to support his/her defence. the onus is on the offender.
