Nirvana Sutra. Your True Self. By nature is not ignorance, attachment, and aversion. After you practice. Small, Big or Supreme wheel of Buddhism. All the teaching is just to live with peace. But True Self Nirvana is with you whether you are Buddhist. Or not a Buddhist.
In Theravada Buddhism, there is no such thing as a "true self". When all phenomena are not-self and the elimination of this conceit 'I am' signifies the end of all fevers, how could one arrive at a "true self" as the destination - nibbana?

There is nothing profitable in the pursuit of "Who I Am", "Who I Was" or "Who I Will Be". Instead, focus on the Four Noble Truths: When this is, that is; When this isn't, that also isn't.
