Do you run/jog for exercise? Or do some other high impact activity?

If you are overweight, for how long have you been?
Apart from my stupid knee I am close to being as fit as I've ever been - the only thing holding me back is my knee. It's so frustrating! I thought it was getting better as I thought I knew what the problem was, but now I'm wondering if there's something else?
