I find this documentary on SBS pretty interesting.

yes, i watched that before.. the first 2 chapters were interesting enough but the latter are dead bore.

and it is confirmed, the first 5 books was NOT written by moses, historians timed their first publication when the jews were held in captivities by the Assyrians.
