What do you mean by nn chips ? This is applicable in RSW and MBS if I exchange 5000 on any table ?

You can enforce discipline by

1) Decide how much you want to gamble (e.g. $5000)

2) Upon entering the casino, change the entire amount into nn chips. This will allow you to max out on discounts (e.g. 1% extra) and freebies (food vouchers, hotel rooms etc).

3) Play at your table game using ONLY nn chips.

4) When the nn chips run out, exchange your cash chips and GO HOME.

This simple system will ensure that you do not over gamble when your luck is down in hope that you can recover your losses.

If your luck is good, the nn chips will not be depleted so you stay longer and gamble more to make the most of your good luck.
