I personally dont. But I'd rather have them do that than kill you or me.
Its just a Military Book. What culture & Traditions do they have? Muslims Generally? Or Arabs? Persians etc? I'm with you when you describe Pakistanis adopting Arabic culture when they become more Islamic.. or more than people merely born Muslim. I do want to stress there was and still is an indigenous Arab culture, as well as a Levantine culture and a Mesopotamian culture that are under massive autocratic and religious duress... a composite culture that for the most part was frozen in the middle ages. Some of us middle easterners are not asleep. That includes many people who are minorities in the Middle East. Even Islamic connected minorities. What the Arabs perhaps dont know or wish to admit is by colonizing other minds they are destroying their own indigenous culture over the millenia... all in the name of orthodoxy.

Infact when a person converts to Islam he has to forget the traditions & cultures of the previous religion. I agree.

Even Christianity does not do that. To a much lesser degree anyway. That is one fundamental reason why I dont believe in any sort of conversion to Judaism. The harm done to that family... to the extended family is not to be underestimated.
