The most powerfull country on Earth, and instead of targeting these scumbags, the civillians and politicians decided to rely on the French and Saudis to "detain" him...that worked out real well. This is why the civillians should have ZERO input in how we respond to hunting down terrorists or waging wars. I keep hoping that we are going to take these lesson's and finally do what needs doing in the war on terror...sadly, I keep getting let down by by own governmnet.
