Raed Saleh snuck into the UK illegally and subsequently arrested....for being there illegally. And now won a court case....for damages.....for being arrested.....because after illegally sneaking into the country they didn't tell him why he was being arrested.....

He's still in the country illegally.

The court decided he'd been illegally arrested...for breaking the law...which no one debates is a legitimate law that he willfully violated.
