He isn't deported, yet. It wouldn't surprise me, one bit, when or if his legal counsel finds some loophole; the favorite one is... deportation would be a violation of his/Saleh's human rights. This ploy has been used by murderers, common-criminals and the likes of Saleh numerous times and they have won. Human rights has become a self-inflicted wound in the side of the UK judiciary. All too often criminals or worse use it to pirouette about the UK's wigged-out, judicial system. This may well have been bantered about; nevertheless, as long as his feet are on UK soil, there is always the chance the decision mat be reversed; especially in the lofty UK.

Obviously, I hope I'm wrong; however, the UK has become a self-created parody and deservedly so.
