There was a radio programme a few weeks back discussing how important vitamin D is to health.

It has been discovered that a lack of it in the body is directly responsible for over thirty serious illnesses.

Brittle bone disease and Multiple Sclerosis being two.

The chief way to get plenty of vitamin D is via sunlight.

It was noted that where burqua wearing was prevalent so were the incidence of these diseases.
