Whether or not a new building is created as a mosque, there will still be mosques. And if Muslims are forbidden to create them, they'll meet in strip malls or their homes. This is all about appearances.

Nobody is complaining about Mosques there are thousands in Britain, you never read the thread which is about a megamosque on a large site with training facilities constructed for an Islamist radical sect.
