What a bunch of coulda-woulda. Yeah, it is possible, but first the terrorists would have to spend several years, and several tons of uranium ore to purify enough for a single small-scale bomb.

Well we do know that if the terrorists get nukes they will use them if they can.There should be no question about that.
Seems to me that it will happen sooner or later.Could be tomorrow or 20 years from now but the jihadis are committed to destroying our societies.Does anyone doubt that anymore?
Actually I think that we should discuss more coulda-wouldas.
What will happen if there is a nuclear explosion in the states?
Would the US respond by nuking mecca and muslim countries?
Would we see a race war in America? Neighbours attacking neighbours?

There was a time not very long ago where a 9/ll was considered impossible.Wasn't it really inevitable?
This is not going to go away.
