I have an old house with odd shaped sinks in the kitchen. Very deep and very square, a normal washing bowl wont fit. I use a plastic storage container (the type used to stores clothes etc) from one of those chicken feed stores.

That's what I have been doing, but with a very small sink to start with, and with an ummmm an arc? ... a piece cut off one side where the tap is se,t to make it even odder-shaped (and so smaller).

I can't find anything small enough to fit without losing way too much space for the washing up. The other thing I have been doing is to line it with a cloth to damp the sound, but am hoping for something a bit more tidy.
